- The above rate is subject to 21% government tax and service charge
- Price and benefits are for two people only in a one bedroom villa, four people in a two bedroom villa and 6 people in a three bedroom villa
- Extension nights will be charged at normal rates
- Additional people will be charged at USD 425.00
- Reservation is subject to availability and confirmation
- Cut off date is 21 days in low season, 30 days in high season and 45 days in peak season
- Credit card details are required to secure the villa upon booking
- 50% deposit is required within 21 days of check in date in low season, 30 days in high season and 45 days in peak season
- 50% of total payment will be charged for cancellations occurring after after cut off dates and full charges will be billed for cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival
- A high season surcharge of US$ 30.00 per night will be charged for a one bedroom villa, US$ 40 per night for a two bedroom villa and US$ 50 for a three bedroom villa during high season from 15 July - 31 August, 2011
- A peak season surcharge of US$ 50 per night will be charged for a one bedroom villa, US$ 70 per night for a two bedroom villa and US$ 90 per night for a three bedroom villa during peak season from December 21, 2011 – 5 January, 2012
