- Peak season surcharge at US$ 45 ++ per night is applied from December 21 to January 05
- Extension night at 30% discount from published rate
- Reservation is subject to availability and confirmation basis
- 50% deposit payment is required for instant confirmation
- 50% of total payment is charged for cancellation occurred 14 days prior to arrival, and full charge is billed for cancellation 7 (seven) days prior to arrival
