- Cut of date is 21 days in low season and 30 days in high and peak seasons
- 50% deposit is required by 21 days in low season and 30 days in high and peak seasons
- 50% of total payment is charged for cancellation occurred after cut of date, and full charge is billed for cancellation 7(seven) days prior to arrival
- Peak season surcharge at US$ 50 net per night is applied from Dec 21 to Jan 05
- High season surcharge at US$ 30 net per night is applied from Jul 15 to Aug 31
