“Fantastic Second Honeymoon” – 3 November, 2012

We decided to spoil ourselves with a second Honeymoon of relaxation, our first honeymoon was a flop (we got very sick and had to go home) we decided to treat ourselves. And Villa Jerami delivered. We have never been so comfortable and relaxed on any trip! We stayed in a Royal 1 bedroom villa (R120) The villa was gorgeous, very spacious and had total privacy. We chose Villa Jerami for its excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint, villa was cleaned daily and staff were very friendly. All in all, we loved the room, the pool and the service. If we had to nitpick anything, it would be the bathroom, the fact that it was semi open made you want to get in and out of there as quick as possible, as it was very hot and humid, but leaving the bedroom door slightly ajar allowed for cool air to get in and this seemed to fix the problem. We didn’t really want to do anything but relax so the location wouldn’t be ideal for those that want to do a lot of shopping, but everything is a very cheap taxi ride away, plus there is a drop off service if you need it. Breakfast was ok, can get a bit boring but Bali Deli is just a short walk away if you want to try their delicious pastries and cakes. Would definitely come back, with some friends or family.

 

“We’ll Be Back” – 16 September, 2012

In September 2012 a friend and I stayed in a two bed villa at Villa Jerami and had a wonderful two weeks there. This year we came back with seven friends and had the 3 bedroom villa and two one bedroom villas and in the twelve months between visits nothing had changed. The staff went above and beyond as usual. There was no request of ours that was not fulfilled happily. All staff members from the lovely Wayan on the reception desk to the boys who came to spray the room for mosquitoes each night were such a pleasure to deal with. The villas are centrally located in Seminyak and having the Bali Deli close by was a real bonus for any grocery items that you require. The money changer that operates within the deli gives a good rate which is also very handy. Our friends were so impressed that they all want to come back in 2014.

 

“PERFECT” – 31 August, 2012

Stayed with group of friends. We booked 3 bedroom villa, and we got upgraded to Royal Villa. What a nice upgrade! Located in seminyak, easy to go everywhere… The room are amazing, the bathroom of each room outdoor (typical balinese villa). Cleanliness are very good. Tried the Spa. So Amazing! Love this villa!

 

“Fabulous” – 29 August, 2012

After reading the reviews and paying high season rates we had high expectations and villa jerami delivered in every way.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa with our 3yr old son for 5 nights.

The villa was lovely. The room was a decent size with a huge bed and we could still squeeze in a single bed for our son. The bathroom was beautiful with the semi open shower area as well as a bath. If I had one gripe there wasn’t much storage space for clothes. The outdoor lounge, kitchen and eating area was spacious with a decent sized pool. I was worried it would be too cold but it was actually fine to swim in the whole day – it was also spotlessly clean. The villa was fully serviced cleaned and sprayed for mosquitos everyday.

Service was equally as good – smiling friendly staff but it’s the little things that make you realise you’re staying somewhere top class – for me it was the security guards shining their torches into your taxi when you return at night to make sure you havent left anything behind or the staff at front desk making sure your taxi driver knew where you wanted to go.

We had breakfast in our our room everyday, a nice treat. Like many others we loved the pancakes!
Location is pretty central, 5 mins drive to oberoi street where many of the resturants are, yet once within your villa you would think you were miles from anywhere. There is a jerami beach club at double 6 beach in legian which is basically a small area with reserved beach beds but unles you plan to surf there the beach there is not that exciting, the water not really inviting for swimming and the villa is a much better place to relax.

My wife had a treatment at the jerami spa and loved it.

Overall it was pretty hard to leave the peace, tranquility and comort of the villa – we had left this place the last stop of our Bali trip and happily had left the best until last.
One final point, if you are looking for a treat we definitely recommend the restaurant sardine in krokoban for dinner, definitely the best restaurant we ate in Bali – we had to book 2 days in advance so worth booking ahead in peak periods. Also if you have kids, waterbom, a water park in Kuta is masses of fun!

 

“Relaxing And Beautiful Villa on a Busy Street” – 27 August, 2012

When I was approaching Villa Jerami, I was kind of worried that I can’t relax because Villa Jerami located on a busy area of Seminyak. After I check in my villa, I knew I was worried too much. The Villa is very quiet, beautiful and relaxing. Villa Jerami also equipped with their own SPA and restaurant. “Bali Deli”, the supermarket is nearby, so it’s very convenient. The staffs are friendly and care about us. Although one unexpected thing happened, but I still highly recommend Villa Jerami if you would like to stay at Seminyak area.

 

“Absolutely Perfect!” – 17 August, 2012

I am a travel agent and gad not heard much about this property but booked it because of the price!
I took ab bunch of my friends over for a week and they were absolutely blown away by the place.
We also celebrated a birthday while we were there and the staff were awesome!! They brought a cake and everyone came to sing Happy Birthday!
We had a ball!

 

“PERFECT” – 13 August, 2012

What more can we say but PERFECT. Thank you to All at Villa Jerami for making our holiday something rather special. My husband & I have just spent a week in a one bedroom Villa at Villa Jerami. We were met at the Airport & taken to Villa Jerami where we were greeted by a warm welcome & a refreshing Fruit Drink. We were escorted to our Villa which was better than we could have imagined. We have stayed in all forms of Accommodation around the world, but the Villa Jerami has definitely ticked all the boxes for us. Cleanliness is second to none. The Villa was cleaned in the morning & the bed was turned down in the evening. The Food from Breakfast to Dinner was fantastic. A must is a Cocktail made by the Restaurant/Bar Manager Yudi & his colleagues. All the staff that we met at the Villa Jerami were extremely happy & more than helpful, nothing is too much. If you didn’t have time to revise your Balinese we can recommend Miss Wayan who kindly went out of her way to give us a Balinese phrase each day which helped us no end. Thank you. Whilst we were here reception helped us arrange a table for two at “Warung Taulan” an Organic Balinese Resturant (inc European Cuisine) surrounded by Rice fields just outside of Seminyak at Kerobokan. It is a must see/do. Out of this world & extremely good value. We were collected & returned to the Villa Jerami at no cost by Mr Ardika from Warung Taulan.

“If I Could Give Them a 6 out 5 I Would ….” – 9 August, 2012

I cannot speak more highly about this accommodation. Simply put one of the best places I have ever stayed. We stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa (2 Adults, 2 Children ) situated in Seminyak, just by Bali Deli (a fantastic little Deli, with anything you might want …) The staff are great, very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Breakfast was included, extensive options and prepared directly in the Villa. Extremely clean and well laid out in a Japenese minimalist fashion. The shuttle is pretty much on call to take you places, there is a beach club about 15 mins away which is fine for lounging about … We will definetly come back. “Perfect Holiday for Four” - 30 July, 2012

I recently stayed at Villa Jerami in Villa H-310 (a three-bedroom villa) with a group of friends. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by the friendly staff, who were very accommodating. The villa property was larger than we imagined, with long pool, 3 large bedrooms, living area and kitchen. Everything was perfect.

 

“Lovely villa, great customer service” – 16 June, 2011

Villa was beautifully laid out and designed, as well as kept perfectly clean (including the pool). Breakfast was served at precisely the time requested, and staff, including security officer at the main entrance, were very courteous, polite and accommodating.

Our villa package included 1 spa session and 1 yoga session. When we informed the reception counter that we’re not keen on yoga, they offered us another spa session instead, which we truly enjoyed. Villa Jerami is just off one of Seminyak’s main road, and getting taxis to go out or back to the Villa was never a problem.

 

“Wonderfully relaxing!” – 5 June, 2011

My partner and I came for a week at Villa Jerami. We organised a pick up which was great. We arrived late evening and were welcomed with a refreshing cold towel before starting the journey to the Villa. Check in was quick and easy, and we filled out our breakfast requirements before being ushered through the tranquil and beautifully dimly lit walk way to our villa. As we stepped into our villa, the pool was lit, as were the garden trees and the open living area. The bedroom was cooled already with the air conditioning switched on and the bathroom was huge with a two person bath tub in the corner.

There is unlimited cold and instant hot drinking water which is a lovely touch. Bath robes, slippers, toiletries are taken care of, mosquito coils and spray are supplied. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They bend over backwards for their guests and we felt so relaxed the whole time. Breakfast can be chosen to be cooked in your villa, which we did every morning and it was great! Apart from breakfast, we didn’t dine in the Villa restaurant as we wanted to explore the options outside.

Location wise, Villa Jerami is not next to the beach, but they do offer a free shuttle to their ‘Beach Club’. Beach club being a few deck beds with free towels on the main beach strip. For those wanting to some peace and quiet away from the main areas, Villa Jerami is perfect. Taxis are so cheap and nothing is too far away. As others have said, Bali Deli sell great produce and the food in both their bakery and restaurant is decent and inexpensive. The private pool with outdoor shower was wonderful and it was so nice to have our own space to just to lounge around in. I would definitely come back to Villa Jerami again and I would most certainly recommend it.

 

“An Excellent Decision” – Perth, Australia

We’re just back in Perth from a week at Villa Jerami in Bali. We chose this villa via an internet search and were heavily influenced by the comments on Trip Advisor – which we echo. This was a very pleasant villa and the images and descriptions on the website were accurate. All our arrangements from the booking process right through to our departure were faultless and efficient. The villa was extremely private with an excellent pool which we all enjoyed enormously – and given the climate we found it essential for our sanity! The rooms were clean and comfortable – and the master suite with its romantic mossy net was a positive turn on! The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning perfect. We loved the outside bathroom (exposed to the sky only!) Do be careful on the slick floor though – Karen nearly went A over T on the wet floor.

We had the 2 bedroom villa but do be advised that the second bedroom only has two single beds so two couples together may have to fight over the 4 poster in the master suite – or share it!
We loved the breakfasts every morning and the staff were always most polite, unobtrusive and efficient. We had a driver as advertised for more than 8 hours on one day -all for the total cost of US65.00 – excellent value. Reception book everything for you – very efficient and simple.

The only slight downside of the Villa is the location which is not exactly central Seminyak but taxis are as cheap as chips and you can be wherever you want to be in a matter of minutes. Kudeta Restauant is a must for an evening out – wonderful food and setting – but take your plastic – expensive by Bali standards.
Overall great – a good choice – we would return.

“Romantic & Private Honeymoon” – Singapore

“What more can you ask for..2 nights was definitely too short”
(1) Booking – The Ops Mgr was prompt in replies to all my emails, and she gave us a great package for a 3D2N stay with a late checkout till 6pm due to our late flight as well as a personalized flower arrangement on our bed.
(2) Airport Transfer – The ride to villa is about 20 min. The chauffeur was very prompt, polite and helpful in every possible ways.
(3) One Bedrm w Pool – The furnishing of the bedroom was modern and cozy. Pool was cleaned up during room service everyday and all we would want to do is to open the sliding door in our bedroom and jump into the pool for a nice soak.
(4) Living Room & Kitchen – Open concept and Spacious. Breakie was cooked and served daily. You could enjoy an appetising breakie at the comfort of your villa, and at the same time indulge in a wide selection of TV channels! Bt do not expect a huge variety of breakie to be served.
(5) Bathroom – The bathtub was decorated with fresh flowers, and our favourite part of the bathroom was the outdoor overhanging rainforest shower.
(6) Refreshing Fruity Spa – We had 2 hours of balinese massage, scrub and fruity bath in a couples tub.The ambience was totally relaxing and private.
(7) Candelight Dinner – They set up a table by the pool, and litted the entire areas with lots of candles. We were served a 3 course meal under a sky of glittering stars. It was the most enjoyable candlelight dinner, in the comfort of our shorts and tees.
(8) Service – Service from all staffs were excellent. We would like to specially appraise one staff Mr Oka who had took extra efforts to arrange a private transport service for a half day visit to Uluwatu temple and also arranged a spa room for us to shower and freshen up before we went to airport. Though there were occasional electricity trips, their technicians were on standby 24 hours to resolve any technical issues. We couldnt find much fault with their service, except that they had wanted to bill us for two cans of beers consumed from mini-bar. When we explained that we were non-beer drinkers. they had immediately removed the charges. Hence for all to take note upon check out.
(9) Location – Jerami is located just beside Bali Deli. The food at their restaurant was wonderful and you could get almost everything u need like fresh food, meat, spices, veg, drinks, snacks, wine to cook at your villa from their supermarket.
Definitely recommended to try! Cheers to Villa Jerami and team.

 

“Excellent all round” – Perth

I have stayed at Villa Jerami x 2 times and I cannot praise the staff enough, friendly courtious and beautiful villas. The grandchildren loved just having their private pool. Next door is the Bali Deli where you can buy anything at comparible Aussi prices except wine and spirts. Not far to walk to the main shopping area. I am going back again in April next year.

 

“Absolutely fantastic ~ Perfect 10/10!” – Singapore

I was overwhelmed by their professional and friendly staffs always smiling esp: the lady receptionist that check us into our villa and another staff named Oka. The 2 bedroom villa stay was great! Very modern setting yet with a touch of balinese style (roof and plants). seminyak beach is far, abt 10mins drive or 20mins walk. There is free shuttle (1way) – but u only need to be there once for the entire holiday, maybe abt max 2hrs, as there is not much to do besides surfing which i did and i really enjoyed myself! The only setback was the bfast was cooked by diff ppl daily, so the taste varies**
1st day ~fried rice – but not the 2nd day. 2nd day~ mee goreng was good.

A surprised insect repellent spray was provided in the amenties basket, saved me from more BITES as i forgotten to pack into my luggage! I told the staff tt i finished e bottle by the end of the 1st night n they send me 3more bottles – 1 each for my frds as well. BRAVO! Very thoughtful staffs!
